Meet Empathy Squad Member from Cohort 18, Haylyn 👋

“Hey there! I'm Haylyn Agacer, a 23 year old university student living in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Manitoba, majoring in Film and Classics. From as long as I can remember, I have always loved stories. Whether it is minor gossip to literature to movies, any form of medium, I enjoyed learning about others life experiences and how their journey brought them to the present-day. For the most part, I am an introvert who mainly enjoys the comfort of my home binge watching anime and dramas or binge reading novels, manga, and webtoons. When I do go outside, it is mainly to go to university for classes, work or volunteer commitments.

As an aspiring storyteller, I am looking forward to sharing the stories that I have heard when doing this project with everyone.”

This Friday, Haylyn is hosting a listening party for the podcast, “Winnipeg Made: Student Businesses”
