Four years ago I well telling you .devin.i about how fast time flies as you headed off to the University of Florida and a omehow we are here already at graduation day in the blink of an eye!

In 2022 you were accepted into one of the top Computer Science and Engineering programs in the United States, one of the youngest Teaching Assistants on record at just 16 years old, maintaining a very near 4.0 GPA while balancing real world software engineering work, architecting and modernizing the coding infrastructure and UI systems for a genomics company I proudly co-founded and always creating, solving, and helping others. It’s been so incredible watching you become the man you have become.

Now, you’re heading off to Austin with a career at one of the world’s major credit card and technology companies. Wow.

But what makes me most proud isn’t just the CV, the grades, the accolades, or the job offers… it’s as much or more your character, your humility, and your confidence in what you do. It’s also the way you have always put your nose to the grindstone and put in the work when it mattered most.

As a father, there is something pretty surreal about looking through old photos and realizing the little boy I carried on my shoulders, enjoying “bike runs” together, camping, and travelling with is now building his own future at a level beyond what I could ever imagine. I know I tell you all the time but I could not be prouder of you Devi!

Your future is very, very bright, my little man. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
