The hardest part is to show up.
The rest is easy. We all have better and worse days when it comes to motivation to show up for your workout. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re really not feeling it on a particular day. Sometimes your body needs a break. But as soon as you feel like laziness is starting to kick in, that’s when you need to get yourself together and get your bum to move.
So is it going to be one day, or day one?
On another note, how awesome is the view from my gym?

They call me Supplements Queen😉
As a holistic practitioner I think that supplementation with the right nutrients is crucial. Even if your diet is clean and full of the good stuff, there is no way you’re able to nourish your body with everything it needs daily. That’s where supplements come into play.
When I work with clients I always recommend additional supplementation while designing a meal plan. I pay attention to the efficacy, quality and cleanliness of the supplements. It is so important to put the right things in your body. Otherwise you won’t see and feel the optimal results.
