First trial at hot dog buns using 's recipe. Used daily bread from which has higher protein than recommended but they were still very light and fluffy. Next time I'll switch more out with soft white wheat and see what happens!

Completely naturally leavened, and I hadn't even really refreshed my started so I watched them to decide when they were actually ready to bake. Finally starting to be able to use my senses a bit more to get things right.
