Discovered quite a bit about education technology today and the brain science to support it all. Learned that when it comes to sleep habits there are three kinds of people:

1. Larks (early birds)
2. Owls (night owls)
3. Hummingbirds (in betweeners)

Apparently research shows that for early birds their learning should be complete by 12:30 pm (mid day) and for night owls their learning should not begin until after 10:30 am. For the hummingbirds who flitter between late and early they appear to be flexible in their learning times. Blog post to follow soon.

Interested to know what kind of bird you are and how this affected you in school? Drop a comment below. Thanks!
