Estrogen dominance happens when estrogen is high relative to progesterone, and xenoestrogens are one of the biggest drivers we don’t talk about enough.
Every time your body is exposed to these synthetic chemicals, it receives estrogen-like signals it was never designed to handle. Over time, that overload tips the hormonal scale, and the symptoms that follow are often dismissed, misdiagnosed, or chalked up to “just being a woman.”
