A reflection of what healing looks like within community

I felt every word from your share. This was my belief too until.....BOOM last night in conversations with a beautiful soul from this community held space as I was within my discovery that I was receiving mom's energy from a fractured state of being, as a result of losing my father in '95. I was pi**ed that dad left me immediately following the eve prior to his departure. I watched his journey as he shared from his highest state of ascending. He included me in the conversations he was having on his way home. No sooner did I leave to rest up a tap out of watching over him. My brother comes to my apartment at the time and no sooner did I stand that I felt my knees buckle as if life exited my existence. Only last night did I feel such remorse and shame to seeing my hand in it. How I was a constant dig at mom as well. Why? The burden of my dad's loss was too heavy. I cowardly put my pain and beat mom up with it! God I'm so so sorry. Cause mom is an impeccable loving, selfless soul. It's not easy eating such a helping of humble pie.

Stay strong hun. This too will pass
