Thank you to our wonderful Guest Speaker Swetha Srikanthan for joining our Workshop 2 on August 10th and sharing her important insights about mental health with us! Youth participants also learned about various mental health resources they can access, envisioned their brave and safe spaces, as well as engaged in mindfulness activities. The mental health workshop later inspired youth’s thoughtful collages on visualizing and making meaning of safety in their community.
