I had a wonderful time with Brick & Bloom and their lively group of seniors yesterday! They asked so many great questions.

We explored the emotional and social sides of downsizing — why letting go can feel overwhelming, how our homes hold memories and identity, and the ways changing our living environment can impact connection, independence, and wellbeing.

Kim also shared practical strategies for getting organized, managing chronic disorganization, and moving forward with confidence.
