This is the framework we’ve been building for 15+ years.

PR strategy for experiential brands needs a real, lived experience.Too often, influencers are treated like ad space, brought in too late, or chosen for reach over alignment.

This approach flips that. It turns community events into experiences people discover, talk about, and travel for.

For the Shipyards Christmas Market, we curated a small group of aligned influencers and media, treated them like journalists, and gave them exclusive pre-opening access.

They experienced the market by meeting vendors, hearing their stories, and sharing it in their own voice. No scripts. No briefs. Just real moments. 1M+ organic views before opening day.

Contact us if you’re ready to take your PR strategy to the next level.

The client had never done influencer marketing before. So here’s where we came in.

The night before the Shipyards Christmas Market opened to the public, we brought in a curated group of local influencers and media for a private tour before anyone else got in.

There were no scripts and no control over the narrative. We just built an experience worth talking about and let them talk about it.

The influencers created posts in their own voice, and before the market even opened, the content went viral.

Over 1M views and a client who had never tried influencer marketing before calling it one of the biggest drivers of their success.

Stay tuned for Post 3, where we walk through the repeatable framework behind all of it.

The night before the Shipyards Christmas Market opened to the public, we hosted a private influencer and media tour, and it completely shifted how our client approaches marketing.

Instead of allocating budget to individual paid posts, we created a different approach by bringing together a curated group of creators for a shared experience. Guests were invited to explore the market early, capture content in their own voice, and feel like insiders before opening day.

This allowed vendors to collaborate with creators in a way that felt natural, while also offering an experience influencers wouldn’t typically get access to.

The result was authentic content, real momentum, and over 1.2 million views across social media from influencers alone.

Follow along as we break down the full framework behind this campaign over the next few posts.

When we started working with Haxen Haus, we knew they had a story that deserved to be told. A story rooted in tradition, atmosphere, and the energy of the market. But to do it justice, we had to go beyond just posting content. We had to capture the heart of what they do.

From day one, our goal was to ensure that every reel, story, and caption felt intentional and beautifully aligned with the Haxen Haus brand. It’s been a privilege to act as an extension of their team, strategizing to build real engagement and making sure customers feel that connection before they even reach the booth. 🍖 ✨

Seeing the results in their reach and community growth is why we do what we do. We don’t just join a project; we invest in its success.

A massive thank you to Donna for these kind words:

“Working with Leslie and her team has been one of the best decisions we made for Haxen Haus.

From day one, they understood our brand — not just visually, but emotionally. They captured the heart of Haxen Haus: the atmosphere, the tradition, the energy of the market, and the story behind what we do. Their content never feels generic or forced; it feels real, intentional, and beautifully aligned with who we are.

Leslie’s team is proactive, creative, and incredibly organized. They don’t just post — they strategize. Every reel, story, and caption has a purpose, and the results show in our engagement, reach, and the way customers now recognize and connect with our brand before they even reach the booth.

Communication has been seamless, deadlines are always met, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. It genuinely feels like they are an extension of our own team, fully invested in our success.

If you are looking for a social media team that brings creativity, clarity, consistency, and heart — Leslie and her team are exceptional. We couldn’t recommend them more.”

We’re honored to help brands like Haxen Haus bring creativity, clarity, and consistency to their digital presence.
