My clients are ambitious, confident and use to being viewed as the strong one — both in the office & at home.
They are the ones who keep it all together & seamlessly moving forward no matter what’s coming their way.
To a large degree a mirror of what I projected when I was in the Investment industry.
But underneath here’s the truth .
Being perceived as being the strong one often makes you feel that you can’t share your vulnerability. The armour you wear begins to feel unbelievably heavy, especially when things may not be going as planned & you don’t feel like you can burden others with your problems.
It means putting a smile on your face everyday even when you’re tired, scared and quietly burning out .
I navigated this exact situation back in 2018 and since then have been walking with clients to bring them out on the other side .
A side where they are still strong , confident and ambitious but where the inside now matches the outside .

In a world where our minds are always on , today’s challenge is simple .
Turn off all screens at least one hour before bed for the remainder of our challenge .

🎯 spend time visualizing the completion of your goals .
