All my years of being obsessed with soup has culminated to this very moment: best soup I've ever made. Tuscan style with white beans, Swiss chard, purple kale, cabbage, salami, potato, tomato, rice and mozzarella. only at tonight
In memory of our fav little hole in the wall "Osteria e Tria" and bc we felt ill, we cooked up a big ol pot of their chickpea signature soup. Definitely soul food!
