Tonight we are celebrating our 100th performance of this magical show. Congrats everyone! It’s been an awesome ride so far. If you are a fan of Harry Potter and theatre, this is a must see. Thank you to everyone invloved for your professionalism and creating such a fun and positive environment every day that we work.

Yesterday’s set up. My helps keep me in check and contained. I have some of my fave products out and was working with someone who is extremely talented, soulful and great at their craft. Makeup isn’t just about painting someone’s face, that’s just one element, one layer to it. It’s about connection and collaboration. I’m so happy to be working again after such a long period away from it. If you’re not a professional makeup artist, then you are your own. These days we need to focus on what really matters and that means YOU! You matter, we all do. Makeup and skin care is about self love and taking time out of your day to focus on you. In the words of Mama Ru…”If you can’t love yourself, then how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else!?” We are no good to anyone if we are not at our best. I’m not just saying this to you, I’m also saying it to myself! Let’s start taking better care of ourselves, then we are better prepared to take care of each other.
