We are representing an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives, preparing for a landmark pre-opening.

This role is for someone who can architect the commercial identity of a debut resort, build a global network of trade partners and private clientele from the ground up, and drive revenue performance in line with one of the Maldives’ most distinctive new ultra-luxury addresses.

Essential:
• 8–10+ years in luxury / ultra-luxury hospitality Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 3–5 years at Director level
• Proven pre-opening or repositioning experience
• Maldives / Indian Ocean or remote island experience
• Strong track record delivering high-value, low-volume revenue
• Commercially astute with strong ownership of budgets, pricing, and distribution strategy

Package
- Salary: Circa $6,500 USD per month
- Full expat package provided

The DOSM must be highly articulate and adaptable, able to engage with ease and authenticity across all levels, from line staff on property to UHNW individuals across regions such as Russia, the Middle East, and beyond.
