Today, we commemorate International Women’s Day with a sense of gratitude and fortitude, the former for how far we’ve come, the latter for how much we still have to work on. We reflect on women being underrepresented in today’s corporate world and we are seeing a high number of women, especially women of color, leaving the workforce with Great Resignation.

We think having more women being featured, represented in a highly inclusive network so their ideas can be celebrated, energy can be fueled, and friendship can be built.

To continue with last week’s Expert Circle cohort one introduction, we would like to announce 4 amazing women joining our circle. In our first cohort, the women to men ratio is 5 to 4, which is still not at parity. However, we are confident that by giving more chances to women and underrepresented groups, we will have better ideas generated, better stories told.
