I have been in the fitness business for 48 years! My background is aerobics and dance but has morphed into pilates and zumba gold and aquafitness.
12 years a Zumba gold teacher where does the time go? I have been in this business 43 years including my 12 with Zumba growing and learning not retiring because I love my work!!!!

Zumba gets better and better,love and teach only Zumba Gold!
Just a quick note I am teaching wednesdays Pilates at 10:30 am class with Art Your Service it’s a new slot for zoom!
I am finally teaching Zumba Gold live class on mondays at York West Active Living Centre for 55 plus! Love my new class.
also I have another Zumba gold class at St. Phillips Lutheran church at 1:00 pm.
