Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write company policies and ensure implementing team is aware of them and rolling them out.
• Put together and ensure regular updates to company legal documents and terms and conditions.
• Assist in the development of business strategy.
• Develop the implementation process of business strategy and lead on its roll out.
• Review and maintain constant vigilance over back end website and software requirements. Maintain communication with the tech team.
• Directs and supervises the activities of staff
• Provides guidance for workers as needed
• Put together and deliver team training as appropriate
• Make key decisions about matches.
• Reach out and interact with potential affiliates.
• Conduct matchmaking client interviews
• Learning about a clients education, career, hobbies, interests, health, family, religion, relationship history, match criteria and preferences
• Carry out telephone consultations with Platinum clients.
• Attending conventions with team
• Present and market a brand
• Must have a vehicle
