DRILL: Footwork And Puck Skills
Players working on footwork and puck skills, same sequence different pattern:
Heels first/Toes first transition.
Backward movement.
Escape and Exit.

DRILL: Puck Retrieval 1 On 1
Coach passes the puck along the wall, and both players rush to retrieve it.
Player O (red) collects the puck, Player O (blue) pivots backward, and receives a pass from player O (red).
Player O (blue) then skates, turns along the blue line, and attempts to score, while player O (red) defends in a 1 vs 1 situation, trying to block the shot.
