3️⃣ Always experiment to personalize their experience! The fun part of a podcast is that you get to try new things and see how your audience responds. Remember, there is no harm in trying new fun experiments!

🎙️Setting podcast goals is so important.

Having goals for your podcast allows you to keep active and spark new creative ideas for using your podcast as another funnel for your business.

Three simple ways to set goals for your podcast are:
1️⃣ Define Success. I don't mean everyone else's definition of success, but yours! What does success mean to you in your podcast?
2️⃣ Set high level goals. Using the SMART method allows you to be really intentional and really clear about what your podcast expects from you and what you expect from it!
3️⃣ List the sub-tasks. Defining what the tasks behind the goals are allows you to put boots to the ground and get these goals in motion! It's really that easy and simplifying it only helps us move the needle forward! Happy podcasting!
