Last Second Dropout

It’s true — I (Hi, it’s Mark) have made the move to the concrete jungle wet dream tomato 🍅 🗽

I owed it to myself and my team to take this chance on myself and my career. This move will bring me closer to my engineer and my apartment will serve as a home base for all things Last Second Dropout as we get ready to roll out the rest of our record next year while working on more cool stuff than ever before!

This also comes with an exciting change for me personally. I spent my entire adult life living far away from any family but most of my extended family lives in New Jersey, giving me the chance to see them more than I’ve ever had the chance going forward and also having a better chance to see my parents more often.

Despite the overwhelming positives it’s still a weird time to be moving to the US as a Canadian. Most Canadians are finding ways to get back North as the political climate gets scarier every day.

I also know that in times of resistance art is not just powerful, it’s necessary. I’ve been blessed with an amazing team, a vision, and a platform and I don’t take any of that lightly.

We will fight this thing together in the greatest city in the plane — New York, New York!
