Help me no longer look Ike a raccoon whenever I wear mascara! All mascara recommendations are welcome, but only if they don’t smudge all under my eyes!!

Flyaways drive me bonkers!!!Broken hair, regrowth, fine baby hairs, white or grey hair or all of the above. It’s different textures and has a mind of its own. As much as I love my white hair, it can be hard to manage. The lip balm did work well in a pinch…FYI!!
