WE ARE GROWING!

You haven't heard from me for a very long time, I know, sorry. I've been trying to keep up with work, kids at home, AND we are expecting our third babe soon! Needless to say, it's been a bit crazy around here.

That being said, I am looking to bring someone on board to help me support my clients while my hours are reduced after baby comes sometime in May. Ideally, I would like this to be a long-term work relationship so we can continue to support all the amazing businesses that need our support!

Last visit week I was onsite running an event for the first time since February. It felt so good to get back into the swing of things.
Events look different now but we can still make it work while fully following COVID guidelines.

Just like my sweet little tomato plants we are slowing growing through this 🌱
Finding a new process for working and living is now becoming our everyday. We are growing and soon will flourish in this new way of living.
Being organized and planning ahead is so important, even if it means planning ahead is only as far as next week.
Set your intentions for the week at the beginning of the week. Plan your time you are going to work, what you need to do and how you are going to do it. Make sure you save some time for yourself in there too 💕

Wow, lately I have had a couple/ a lot of balls in the air! This week we launched my husband's new business Ballantrae Tree Care and we announced our spring HER Business Social!!!
Hard work really pays off! You know what else helps? Staying organized through it all!!
Making sure I am staying on top of deadlines and tasks is important, so I use a project management tool to help keep myself and my clients on the right track.
I use Trello for my task list and it's awesome because I have it on my phone and on my computer so if I need to add something I can write it down as soon as I think of it. There are lots of tools you can use though, play around with them and find what works best for you!

Put your hand up if your 2020 has been non-stop GO, GO, GO since the beginning of the year!? 🙋
First off, GO you! 👏but it can be overwhelming when you are busy. Your mind is going in a million different directions. Everything is important and needs to be done RIGHT NOW! If you are not careful, being busy can easily get out of control leaving you no time to do anything else but work.
Start to shift your focus from being busy to being productive.
📝 Take a moment to write everything down that you need to do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Then prioritize those items, set deadlines for yourself, schedule block, and automate tasks.
Go from the state of being frantically busy to productively focused.
If you are doing tasks that are taking you away from your main work, you may want to look into outsourcing the work that is taking you away from your focused productive state.
