Most people don’t feel overwhelmed because they’re incapable.

Readiness doesn’t come from pushing harder or being more disciplined.

It comes from noticing where your energy leaks and intentionally creating rhythm again.

What most leaders call Plan B doesn’t create safety.
It trains the brain to look for exits instead of solutions.

When your attention is split between “Let’s go” and “What if this fails?” that hesitation spreads fast. Your team stops moving with conviction and starts waiting for certainty that never comes.

Try this today:
1️⃣ Identify one area where you’ve been holding back “just in case.”
2️⃣ Remove the escape route and define what fully committed actually looks like.
3️⃣ Communicate the decision clearly and lead from it.

Faith isn’t passive.
It’s risk × commitment.
