Sometimes I forget how grounding it is to just get outside. 🍃👣

I get stuck in my head with all the things that need to be done in the yard , then it gets dark and I tell myself "ill go out tomorrow".

Trying to detach the expectation of getting stuff done and being outside. I dont have to garden to enjoy the garden.. ya know?

So here's your friendly Friday reminder to go outside and get some fresh air today. 🥰✌

This may seem obvious to some that I would be called she/her while you're talking about me, but someone's are not always so clear.

I've had my pronouns in my ig bio for about a year now, but I still see a lot of people in the service industry who have not added theirs yet. 👀

Yesterday, I needed to send out par-q forms to new yoga clients (its been a while but YAY new p*eps!) and before I did, I made sure to add this little box.

✅ In the second picture, you can see how quickly and easy it was to gently correct a friend while she commented on s amazing, inspiring and heart-warming video that I shared to my stories.

They're amazing and I wish covid was gone so I could just give them a biggest hug. We all know must be an amazing hugger. 🌞

As a yoga teacher, safe space holder, and general earthling its important that I honor people where they are individually in their journey. No matter what that means FOR THEM.

Holding safe space isn't about me.
