Join a Summer Camp that MAKES WAVES! 🐋🌊

🌊 Our Sea Smart summer camps are nearly SOLD OUT, and we’d love to help you catch the last wave!

A few spots remain in these hands-on camps for kids ages 6 to 10:

Camps run through July and August in the Vancouver area, at Kitsilano Beach and Trout Lake (John Hendry Park). Young campers spend their days exploring the wonders of the Pacific Northwest and the Salish Sea, learning about marine and wildlife, and what it means to care for the places we call home. 🌿

For educators, climate colleagues, and fellow community-builders: if you know a family with a little nature lover, please pass this along! Every camper we welcome is one more young person growing into a steward of our coasts and forests, and that’s the heart of our work as a youth climate charity!

Running throughout July & August at locations across the Vancouver area, including Kits Beach and Trout Lake, these camps are designed for curious kids ages 6–10 who love the outdoors and care about wildlife and wild lands.

Sea Smart’s Next Chapter: Stronger Together with

We’re excited to share what’s ahead as Sea Smart joins forces with ! This merger strengthens our mission and expands the path for youth of all ages to connect with nature and take action.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Our name, brand, and beloved programs, including summer camps, will continue as usual.
✅ Our staff will join team on September 1.
✅ Dr. Elaine Leung, our founder, will step down to focus on marine research but will remain an advisor to ensure a smooth transition.
✅ Together, we’ll have greater reach, resources, and capacity to empower more youth across Canada!

We’re so excited for what’s ahead, and deeply grateful to everyone who has supported Sea Smart on this journey. Thank you for being with us every step of the way. Let’s keep making waves, together! 🌊💙
