The Ashley Rhapsody

For so long, I felt like I was waiting for my life to begin.

While everyone around me seemed to know exactly who they were and what they wanted to do, I was still trying to figure it out. I chased dreams that didn’t work out, took jobs I was good at (but didn’t truly love), and kept wondering if I’d ever find the thing that made me feel like... me.

Ironically, everyone warned me that motherhood would make me lose myself.

Instead, it’s where I found myself.

Not because motherhood is easy (it’s definitely not), but because becoming a mom gave me a new lens on life. It led me to content creation, to family travel, to saying yes to adventures, and to creating a life where my daughter gets to experience the world alongside me while I finally get to build a career that feels like it fits.

This season isn’t perfect. It’s busy, messy, and exhausting.

But it’s also the most alive I’ve ever felt.

If you’re a mom who’s still figuring herself out (or you’ve found pieces of yourself because of motherhood) I hope you know you’re not behind. Sometimes your purpose finds you in a season you never expected.
