Health … and simplicity.

very rarely do they go together.

with so many podcasts, websites, opinions out there …

Today we are dealing with information overload about how to stay healthy, and live a long life free of preventable disease and avoidable physical limitations.

Whereas health seems complex because so many things can influence it ...

The amazing - and awesome - thing is that the levers of control are actually quite simple to operate.

The fact is that we have an unimagined degree of control over our own aging, longevity and quality of life.

Even better …

is that it doesn't take more than a few hours each week to keep old age at bay, and postpone what society deems to be “ normal” aging until our late 70s.

Of course a good diet is important, however not the all-or-nothing, restrictive ones that are not sustainable for the long term.

A ratio of 80/20 whole / processed foods Is more than adequate, which means that with a little common sense, it's possible to have your cake and eat it too.

A FEW TIMES A WEEK → it can be just you (more reliable, less variables that could get in the way), however WHAT’S IMPORTANT is to MIX IT UP, vary what you do each week.

ONCE A WEEK → it can be an organised activity with friends, colleagues, your partner …

ONCE A WEEK → it can be 20 mins on a step master, rowing machine … whatever you might have access to

as long as it adds up to 3-4x a week, if you can do that CONSISTENTLY for a few months, YOU WILL DEVELOP A PASSION for ALL THE health BENEFITS you’ll see, and feel …

In 2 weeks, you’ll feel it.
In 4 weeks, you’ll see it.
In 8 weeks, you’ll hear it.

ACTION POINT → BE CREATIVE with your week ahead, and PLAN stuff / activities (solo, with others) that YOU PREFER, and won’t mind doing …
