Winning well, but not at all costs: Why Canada urgently needs a new vision for sport Athletes from multiple NSO’s in Canada are rising up in hurt and anger to denounce toxic cultures and linking arms to demand a respectful, healthy and inclusive sport system for all.

No coastal rowing right now, but, ...isn't this great? Brackley Bay Oysters are the best. Available year round.
A little chilly but sure makes for a beautiful photo! While we won’t have fresh fish this week, we will have fresh scallops and of course, it’s Christmas oyster season 🦪
