Under the guidance of Capital Bike, the City of Victoria long ago lost the "Cycling Capital of Canada" status because our infrastructure is constructed to sustain any level of bicycle traffic. The majority of the cycling network is HALF the minimum allowable width. When repaired, it will be at least the FOURTH time the cycling network has been constructed, then ripped out and installed again. How stupid are you people?
