I missed my post yesterday, but the work never stopped.
• Yesterday (60 reps): For the 60 minutes of daily physical activity children and youth need for a healthy start. 🏃♂️✨
• Today (200 reps): A heavy reminder that globally, more than twice as many men die by su***de than women. 📉

After a rest day yesterday, I’m hitting 75 push-ups today. Why 75? Because research shows that just 75 minutes of gratitude practice each week can significantly boost your mental wellbeing. 📈✨
