Giving quarantine a slight touch of caming #1🌷:
Use your lunch break to have a nap in the backyard. 😴This is a great way to make some use of your camping equipment and to take a break from work. And maybe you get a tiny little bit of that camping feeling. Just look how happy our roommate looks :), it definitely worked for him😃 ❤️🏕️

It has been now about 6 weeks that most of us have stayed at home in social distance. This situation challanges all of us to very different extents. So everybody has to find their own way and techniques to stay sane and try to make the best out of this situation. One of our techniques is to bring home what we most miss at the moment; and that is being in- and connecting to nature. 🌼 Over the next 5 weeks we will share our small home projects that help us to turn our isolation more into our home-stay-adventure. 😎
Please share with us what helps you to get a break from your day and brings some excitement to your home :)
stay safe everyone 😷

Since we all should not be out there right now, here another picture to indulge in memories. 👻Going through pictures of the past to bring some melancholie to our houses... we might feel a bit disconnected to nature right know, espeically when we are used to spend every free minute on the trail, in the woods, or on some crimbs. 🧗🏼♀️Just remember, while doing "nothing" we are doing a lot for the environment right now: air polution is going down, water is getting clearer, and wildlife liberates. Just a thought to be connected with nature in your mind, since we are not able to embrace it as we might usually do. 🌻

What does the phrase "to have a good work-life balance" mean to you? Often, the fact to have a 40-hour work week means that the rest of the week is used to catch up on cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. And by the time you are done your errands, it is often almost time to get ready for work again. This working through of tasks might not be the healthiest balance of work and life. That is why it is important to break out of routines sometimes, to reflect and analyze one’s life from a different point of view. Your laundry can wait – bring your mind at peace.
