Still;
Still at it. Still my meditation. Still my moment to be and be still. I need to remember that. Thankful I’ve found a hint of that stillness again in my newish routine of throwing my headphones in and throwing weights around in at the gym…but it’s not quite the same or enough. Creating and making has always been my therapy. I don’t take those moments for granted but I don’t take those moments enough these days. To just create and be in my calm. Because of this, some things are just eating away at me and my peace. Leaving me living in this constant state of agony, angst and grief. My body and mind are in pain constantly. Either from the pain of lactic acid build up in my growing muscles after a hard week at the gym or the mental pains of this dark cloud looming over me.
Yet, im still here. Still pushing through and still trying to be grateful, still trying to be strong and stable. Still trying… to just… be… and be still.
Still, It’s time to get back to me and to my practices.
Bare beads & knots and little pieces of peace…where I find my calm, where I tend to release. Creation is key. Let go and let be. In moments of happiness and moments of grief. Where I create moments and mementos for you and for me. If you want…
