is the Founder of , a social enterprise bringing organic teas from Nepal to the American market - bridging the widening gap between farmers and consumers. Nishchal moved to his homeland of Nepal upon graduation to open the very first Tea Bar, with a vision to educate people on tea and his unique business model. He believes tea to be a catalyst for change, and he aims to get one million farmers out of poverty.

He "just loves to play" so he gets his pleasure from that, and he also gets to be a vehicle to let others help others. I bet he gets more dropped in his guitar case because of that sign ... so he helps others help others even more!
