You ready for Chef Shaun’s menu takeover at Roughage? Because this gorgeousness is all kinds of tasty 😋 This is the Steak & Aioli Sub. Starting with our f-steak slices, we then slather on a garlicly, hoarse radish aioli on a sub bun, add fresh arugula, roasted peppers, a cashew cheeze, and caramelized onions.
Remember folks we re-open Thursday, April 4th 5-9pm. Special hours Thursday to Saturday 5-9pm with a Sunday brunch at 11am to 4pm. That’s right, I said Sunday brunch! 🥂🎊
