SharePoint’s "Request File" feature let’s you choose a folder, and create and share a link with internal and external recipients to upload files to it.

➡️ In this tutorial, Andrew Graham, BSc (Hons), PMP, SFC goes undercover as Double O Seven, James Bond, to show you how to create a link and share it with recipients to upload files.

NOTE:

➡️ You can allow people to upload any file type (such as PDF, jpg)

➡️ The admin can block people from uploading certain file types to prevent malicious attacks (such as .exe files)

➡️ It is possible that even if your admin has disabled SharePoint's external sharing, external people can still upload files using an active “Request Files” link.
