Make Way - Zambia

FAWEZA, in partnership with SEPA, is in Zambezi District North Western Province for a follow-up engagement meeting with traditional, religious, and civic leaders under the Make Way Programme.
These meetings are part of the Make Way Programme, which focuses on advancing SRHR access for young people with compounded vulnerabilities. The engagements aim to assess progress on commitments made in 2022, strengthen community ownership, and ensure that adolescent health and rights remain a priority even beyond the programme’s closure in August 2025.
As part of the visit, FAWEZA and SEPA will also tour SAfE Clubs in local schools to document inspiring youth-led change and encourage continued support for these safe spaces.
