At the end of 2025, I invited Julie de Meyer and Pauliina Rasi to co-build the B-Inspired Community with me.

Three independent women.
Three strong perspectives.
Three very different ways of working.

Four months in… here’s the honest version:

Partnership isn’t just inspiring.
It’s confronting, stretching, and very real.

A few things we’ve learned so far:

📁 The “unsexy” things carry everything
File systems. Tools. Processes.
You don’t notice them… until they’re missing.

🧭 Alignment doesn’t mean sameness
One of us wanted strong foundations.
One wanted to move fast.
One focused on communication.

None of it was wrong.
But without clarity, everything competes.

💬 Say the thing early
Not the polished version. The real one.
Most tension doesn’t come from disagreement,
but from what stays unsaid.

🤝 Letting go is a skill
When you’re used to doing everything yourself,
trust doesn’t happen automatically.

And yes… building with others is messier than doing it alone.

But it’s also more thoughtful.
More grounded.
And ultimately, more meaningful.

I can keep listing benefits until I'm blue in the face.

Yes, people get clients.
Yes, they gain visibility and referrals.

🔥 But the truth is, those that get the best "results", joined from a leap of faith and trusted their instinct over waiting to understand the exact value...

The value isn’t a statistic or a number and it's different for everyone. It’s not something I can calculate for anyone else.

🪂 Often, some of the best decisions come from being brave enough to experiment a little and trust your gut.

I don’t want to "convince" anyone to join our community.
If it feels right, join.
If it doesn’t, don’t.

Ask me all the questions you need to, but at the end of the day the only REAL questions are to yourself:

❓ "Do these feel like my people?"
❓ "Do I respect their way of thinking and acting enough to open up to them, and take advice from them?"

And its not just when evaluating joining us or not, it's a great question to put to all of your interactions.
