Life Biosciences dosed the first human in a cellular reprogramming trial. NewLimit raised $435 million. Insilico went public with Eli Lilly and Tencent backing it. Retro, funded by Sam Altman, moved toward the clinic.
And at the edges: embryo-editing startups, a gray market with real risks, and cryonics turned real business, with Tomorrow.Bio now holding over €160 million in contracts.
