It is a bright new day, new month, and new week!

Oh yes!
Yesterday was WORLD AIDS DAY!

This week is National Handwashing week! ✋🏻

So what are we all expected to do?
- Start by showing examples in our households & neighbourhood's.
- Proper handwashing is not just running water, but proper scrubbing & cleaning of nails, palms, and upper & under arms.
- Wash hands before eating & after using the toilet as well as after working properly on chores.
- Educate our pupils & children in schools on the importance of washing hands properly.
Also, our hands are actually the most exposed to germs, bacteria etc.. throughout the day!

That is why, it is really important to focus on washing our hands consistently! 👌🏼

Please, let us all promote to be promoters of good health 😊👌🏼😊
