My wedding is next month.

Yesterday my sister called and asked if she could make a “special announcement” during the reception.

Turns out she’s pregnant.

I congratulated her but told her I’d rather she have her own moment instead of sharing mine.

She said I was selfish because family milestones should be celebrated together.

Now my mom says I’m making unnecessary drama.

I don’t hate the idea of people knowing.

I just don’t want my wedding turning into a pregnancy reveal.
