The Boxer

Another unexpected rediscovery from 2006.

This early boxer painting, recently shared by a private collector, comes from a period when I explored rough textures, simplified forms, and quiet emotional tension.

It’s fascinating to see how these early works travel through time — changing hands, living their own lives — and eventually find their way back to me.
