An over the top “stumbled upon “ speakeasy - Alice in Wonderland theme. Drinks served from smoking lanterns. Alenka Cocktail Bar. Fun and reasonable.

White asparagus. Usually only available early in the season - and usually a little more expensive - however has a smoother wonderful taste and texture. - amazing for soups. This was a little hollandaise sauce and poached egg - ala “Benny”. As an appetizer.

Having lunch at an all organic farm in the hills over Linz, Austria. Young husband and wife entrepreneurs (and incredibly hard workers) converted a farm that was no longer economically viable into an amazing restaurant and provider of organic products to local customers at reasonable cost. They also create amazing ciders. When I saw the board of food served - I was not initially impressed. However the flavors were totally amazing. - May get into more details.

Austrian goulash. The collagen in the beef serves as a natural thickening agent. The beer is an effective rinsing agent !! 🍺

Very cool concept. Gourmet cafeteria dining - you pay by the stick. Local cuisine with a little fusion in there. Reasonable prices !

With a Trader Joe ready to go crust you can whip up a healthy pizza. Sorry but every pizza in the frozen section is super processsed sh@t. Although I do partake on occasion. 😂🤪
