We are Hiring HR Manager ,
Responsibilities:
Language , Czech and English
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Talent Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Work closely with leadership to identify talent development needs and create career progression plans for employees.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Stay informed about industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance HR processes.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Work with external vendors to ensure seamless benefits administration.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Generate HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of proven experience in human resources management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
