And we’d like to use this day to highlight a topic we don’t talk about enough - men’s mental health.

Male loneliness and mental health – an issue that cannot be ignored.
Up to 25% of young men (aged 15–34) feel lonely, which is 7% higher than women (Gallup, 2023–2024). Loneliness can lead to depression, anxiety, and health problems.

⚠️ The su***de rate among men is four times higher than among women, often linked to social isolation. This highlights the critical importance of recognizing and addressing loneliness early, which is often a more significant issue for men due to smaller social support networks.
