Mistakes are a normal part of learning...

The mistakes are not important. What happens after is.

Don't let a small mistake turn into days or weeks off track. You have a goal. Your goal requires you to get back on track the next meal, the next workout, the same day. 💪🏻❤️

It's not one mistake that derails everything.
It's going into f**kit-mode that does.

Having an objective is a good start, but there needs to be a clear action plan.

Clear steps you will take consistently.

Start building one by one habit.
Don't try to overhaul your whole life in one go.

Feeling tired or challenged isn’t a sign of weakness or failure - it’s proof that you’re putting in the work and moving forward.

Staying comfortable will keep you stuck.
