We're doing it again!! Starting next Friday 20.2, join us for our second (6-week) series of the circus self-care group at CIRQUEON. Fridays 19-21:00. Circus is the best form of therapy! You will find that circus is effective in energizing as well as relaxing the body and mind, working through, expressing and regulating emotions and practicing patience and self-compassion - all while you gain skills in disciplines such as balance, acrobatics and juggling, and enjoy creative moments in a supportive environment!

The format will be like a support group, with some sharing and check-ins at the beginning and end, psychoeducation, discussion on themes participants are struggling with, body awareness, peer support and sharing strategies to make life happier! As sessions are two hours, we will have over an hour of dedicated circus time.

Cirkusová sebepéče – přihlášky jsou otevřené!
Nový šestitýdenní kurz pro dospělé propojuje cirkus, pohyb a wellbeing v bezpečné a podpůrné skupině. Čeká vás žonglování, balanc, akrobacie i společná reflexe. Kurz je vhodný i pro úplné začátečníky, stačí chuť se hýbat a zkoušet nové věci.
Cirkusovou sebepéči vede úžasná Glynis Hull Rochelle, dramaterapeutka a lektorka CIRQUEONu.

The quiet time at the end of each year is a useful moment for us to stop and let the previous year's experiences sink in, learn from them, and then turn toward our longings for the next year✨️ We need both clarity and direction, as well as flexibility for the surprises that are bound to arise and change our course. 🧭

Last weekend, we met to embrace this turning point. Through somatics and movement, we honoured and expressed what 2025 taught us. We wrapped up our trials and tribulations with textile art, and used discussion, writing and clay to evaluate what we want for 2026. Ending with a beautiful song, we left having been emptied and filled up again 🔥
