Congratulations to the semifinalists of the 53rd Student Academy Awards.

For more than five decades, the Student Academy Awards have celebrated emerging voices in filmmaking and connected rising talent with opportunities across the industry.

Winners will be announced in August ahead of this year's ceremony at TIFF Lightbox during the Toronto International Film Festival on September 14, 2026, in partnership with ROLEX.
