Prevention remains one of the most powerful tools in the fight against stroke. 🧠

In the final episode of the RayAsta Stroke Prevention Series, Dr. Gael Thomas is joined by Dr. Shane Mc Intyre and Ms. Jasmine Cuffy for a discussion on stroke prevention and the everyday choices that can support better health.

Together, they explore the importance of managing chronic conditions, maintaining a healthy diet, staying physically active, understanding personal risk factors, and making lifestyle changes that can help reduce the likelihood of stroke. Small, consistent steps can make a significant difference.

As we conclude this series, we hope these conversations have provided valuable information and encouraged greater awareness throughout our communities.

In recognition of Stroke Awareness Month, the RayAsta Foundation donated stroke support apparatus to four nursing homes across Dominica: Divine Victory Elderly Care Home, the Dominica Infirmary, Molimis Care Home, and Premium Home and Residential Care Services.

This initiative is part of our continued commitment to supporting stroke survivors, caregivers, and vulnerable elderly persons through practical care, awareness, and community outreach.

Small acts of support can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
