Reflecting on MEDRH event 2024!

We at are thrilled to have been part of the 8th edition of MEDRH, where we joined as an official partner and contributor to shaping the future of HR. This event was a great opportunity to connect with industry peers, share innovative ideas, and dive into discussions around HR innovation and digital transformation.

A standout moment was when our Executive Director, Mehdi Bouzaiane, took center stage as a keynote speaker. His presentation delved into the disruptive forces transforming today’s IT sector, examining how emerging technologies and shifting market demands are driving rapid evolution. He introduced "Resource" as a new metric of influence, shedding light on its impact in shaping business models and enabling more agile, innovation driven strategies in the IT sector. His insights offered a fresh perspective on how companies can use this metric to stay competitive and adapt to a dynamic, resource centric environment.
