🥩🥪🧀Steak Sandwich Recipe:

For the salad:
1 grated cucumber
1 diced tomato
4 lettuce leaves
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

For the meat:
200 g roast beef
1 tablespoon mixed crushed pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 sprig thyme
Salt and rosemary to season

Sear the roast beef in a pan for 5 minutes on each side with the crushed pepper.
Add the butter and thyme during cooking and spoon the melted butter over the meat.
Season with rosemary and salt.

For the onions:
2 onions, cut into half rings
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
Crema di Balsamico, to taste

Sauté the onions in butter, add the sugar, and let them caramelize slowly.
Finish with a generous drizzle of Crema di Balsamico.

For the cheese sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
200 ml milk
3–4 slices cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour to make a roux.
Gradually add the milk while stirring until thickened.
Add the cheddar slices and stir until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.

To serve:
Assemble everything as shown in the video on a toasted ciabatta.
Add the salad, steak slices, caramelized onions, cheese sauce, and crispy fried bacon.

For the meat:
• 100 g beef
• Garlic powder
• Dried thyme
